IS MY GRENADA BOX SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?
My Grenada Box is only available for the US market at this time.  We plan to expand to Canada soon and the rest of the world later. 

CAN I PURCHASE A BOX WITHOUT HAVING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes you can purchase a box without having a PayPal Account by following these steps

1. Click the "Buy Now"/Buy with PayPal button
2. Enter email address
3. Click Next
4. Choose pay with a credit or debit card

Then continue to complete your purchase

 

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
Subscription orders placed within a quarter will be received between the end of the month the order was placed and two weeks of the following calendar month. So an order placed in March will ship between the end of March and the  first two weeks of April. You will receive an email once your box is shipped.  For tracking on your shipments please email us at mygrenadabox@gmail.com.  

ARE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS IN MY GRENADA BOX LOCALLY MADE?
All of the items in the box are made in Grenada. 


MAY I CUSTOMIZE MY GRENADA BOX
Currently, we do not offer the ability to order such customizable boxes.  However, we will look into this for the future. We do have items that can be purchased individually as part of the store.

CAN I SEND MY BOX TO ANOTHER RECIPIENT?
You can easily gift My Grenada Box by selecting changing the delivering address on your order.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY BOX OR AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Sometimes shipping is unkind to the boxes and so damage can occur. If an item in your box is opened, damaged or otherwise not usable please take a few pictures of A) The damaged item and B) The Box itself and email us at mygrenadabox@gmail.com.  A customer service representative will reach out to you within 24 business hours to offer a solution. 

 

RETURN POLICY?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.  Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your delivery address at any time by either logging into you’re my Grenada Box online account  or by sending us an email at mygrenadabox@gmail.com.  In order to affect a particular months shipment, you must submit your address change prior to your next renewal billing (before the 1st of the month). For example, if you are looking to change the delivery address of February’s box, you must submit your address change by January 31st (before the 1st of the month). Address changes submitted on or after the 1st of the month will be effective the following month.

AUTO-RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will automatically renew at the start of the quarter. You may cancel your subscription at anytime by sending us an email at mygrenadabox@gmail.com.   In order to cancel your subscription you must email your cancellation request before your next renewal billing charge (before the next quarter). For example, you must email in your cancellation request by May 01st to avoid being billed for the 2nd quarter.


CAN I GET A REFUND ON A FIRST TIME ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
All first time initial orders placed by new customers have a 24 hour cancellation window (calendar hours) from the time of order to the receipt of any cancellation and/or refund request. In order to cancel your first time initial order you must email your cancellation request to mygrenadabox@gmail.com before the close of the 24 hour window (calendar hours). Unfortunately, due to immediate product purchasing protocols that initiate within 24 hours of an order placed, there are no refunds for first time initial order requests that come in after the 24 hour window.
